We can meet via Skype, FaceTime, or telephone. I tailor the consults to the needs of the individual, so we can discuss the length of time you feel you need for each consult. The options are:

One 60-minute session/week for three months
Additional support through email as needed

I have utilized guided meditations through much of my life, both as an athlete and now in daily life. We can work together to determine your needs, and I will create a customized guided meditation recording that you can relax and listen to as often as you would like.
Mindful movement involves practices such as walking meditation, qigong, yoga and tai chi. I have found mindful movement to be very beneficial when the mind is just too busy to really settle or if there is too much anxiety, anger, or uncomfortable energy within the body. Sometimes it helps to move and to bring a focused attention to the body moving. The two mindful movement practices that I have learned and studied are qigong and walking meditation. These practices can be incorporated into our one-on-one counseling sessions, or we can do a session dedicated completely to mindful movement.
